Everybody was FRIENDLY and the room was modern. Only 20 min walk to downtown. Loved that this hotel was quite close to schlump subway station.

Located next to a train station, in the vibrant area. Easy walk to Ratsherrn Klause, where you can have lunch. Will definitely visit place for next time if in Hamburg. Private parking onsite was provided.
